SHIPPING POLICY
All orders have a 1-5 business day processing time. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. USPS has expected delivery time of 1-3 business days using USPS Priority Mail. In some cases it can take 3-5 business days to receive. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, orders can take longer. Shipping days are Monday-Friday. No orders will be shipped Saturday- Sunday. I do not work on weekends or what is considered a Holiday. Orders will still be packaged and processed but not shipped until the following Monday. Customers are provided a tracking number with each order. Cincere Vibez LLC will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once USPS/UPS has taken your package into their possession, Cincere Vibez LLC can't and will not be held liable!! If your package says delivered then the issue is with USPS/UPS. If your package is showing undelivered and it has been received by USPS/UPS, please call USPS/UPS to find the package. If assistance is needed, send us an email.
Returns & Exchanges
Cincere Vibez LLC doesn’t currently offer items to be returned due to the nature of the product and due to the nationwide Covid-19/ Monkey Pox pandemic. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at cincerevibez@cincerevibez.com to see if we can resolve the issue.​ All items are handcrafted and hand poured. If your order says delivered but you have not received your package, you must contact USPS/UPS in reference to finding your order. Your purchase must be verified before you hit check out! If something is ordered in error then contact us in order to fix the issue and choose the correct product. In that case if the balance is lower than what you paid, you will receive a refund for the amount owed back to you.
